Welcome to the website of Marathon Marina and Boat Yard!  We are located in Marthon Key, about an hour south of Miami, Florida.

Marathon Marina is the first marina when entering the Boot Key Harbor Channel, port-side, between green markers 7 & 9.

Latitude 24* 42’0” and Longitude 81* 07’3”.  There is 24-hour security for the marina & boat yard.   We can accommodate over 100 vessels up to 125' for short term or long-term dockage and storage.  Leave your boat here in Paradise when you head back north. 

We have two high volume  fuel docks selling diesel fuel at most competitive rates, gas, oil, ice, frozen bait, beer and soft drinks.

Sombrero Resort.  Pets are welcome!

Frosty’s Restaurant is located at the

North end of the West dock.  Frosty’s

has a casual Florida Keys atmosphere

with indoor & outdoor dining.  The

restaurant features fresh fish &

sizzling steaks as well as light fare. 

They are open daily from 11:00 am to

12:00 pm  for lunch & dinner.
